Information on the right of withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal act for purposes which are essentially not attributable to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.


Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform KIARA BODY contact@kiarasupport.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is however not obligatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have collected the goods, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. Once you tell us you’d like to cancel your order, you have 14 days to return the item.
You meet the deadline as long as you hand the package over to the post office (or courier) within those 14 days — even if the delivery takes longer.


This guarantee covers:

  • Performance concerns or device-related issues
  • Bluetooth or app compatibility problems
  • Defective, damaged, or malfunctioning units
  • Gift-related issues

Depending on your situation, we may offer you a replacement, store credit, or partial refund — no need to return used items.

Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must request a return within 30 days after delivery

If your item qualifies:

  1. Send a photo of the product to our support team.
  2. Once approved, we'll send the return address and instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we'll process a full refund of your order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be completed by your bank or card provider. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept returns of used products due to hygiene reasons.


Hygiene & Safety Policy
To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns of used products. This helps us ensure that every product you receive is fresh, clean, and safe to use.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or offer a suitable resolution.
